MP3: Neon Indian
by Patrik SandbergBrooklyn's Neon Indian (aka Alan Palomo) may be the personification of an acid flashback. His retro afro, penchant for vests and uncanny ability to produce densely addictive disco-pop songs that sound like they've been unearthed from the nostalgic recesses of the collective pop-cultural psyche certainly elect him for such typecasting. Does this make his spanking new Grizzly Bear remix any less exciting? No. Does it make the title any less cloying and obnoxious? Alas, no. So what are we left with? God only knows.
